If for any reason you are not satisfied with your AspireLIFE® product, you may request a return within 30 days of your delivery date.
To initiate a return, simply email our customer care team at info@aspirelife.com with the following details:

Our team will respond within 1–2 business days with instructions to complete your return.
Eligibility & Conditions
To be eligible for a refund:

Requests must be made within 30 days of receiving your order

Product(s) must be at least 50% full and returned in original packaging, if possible

Returns must be shipped back within 7 days of receiving approval
Please note:

We do not cover return shipping costs unless the return is due to a product defect or shipping error

Refunds

Once your return is received and approved, we will process your refund to the original form of payment

Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account

Credit card refunds will only be issued to the same card used at the time of purchase

Depending on your bank, it may take 1–2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement
Damaged or Incorrect Products
If your product arrived damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@aspirelife.com, including photos of the item and packaging.
We will resolve the issue as quickly as possible—either through a replacement, exchange, or full refund.
Exchanges
At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like to try another product, we recommend initiating a return and placing a new order separately.
International Orders
We are unable to offer refunds or accept returns for international orders at this time unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect. Please email info@aspirelife.com and we will work with you on a case-by-case basis.
