Need to Make a Change?

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package is delayed or lost in transit:

  • Please allow up to 10 business days for USPS to complete delivery.

  • If the issue persists, contact us with your order number, and we’ll work with the carrier to resolve the issue promptly.
