Seek Optimal Health, Fitness, and Wellbeing in the New Year.
On Monday, December 16, 2013 I returned to Carmel, California after a long, grueling 24-hour flight from Almaty, Kazakhstan. That evening, while in bed, my lower back went into incredibly painful spasms which continued, on and off, for almost 3 weeks. During that time, doing even simple things became difficult and the quality of my life declined dramatically.
This is another example of the importance of staying healthy and fit. Illness, physical aches and pains, excessive stress, and fatigue can wreck havoc on the quality of our lives.
On the other hand, feeling strong and fit, being pain free, having the energy and desire to lead an active and interesting life all help to improve the quality of life. At AspireLIFE, we believe that skin care and beauty are best done in a holistic context that includes good diet, exercise, stress relief, and adequate rest. Skin is the largest organ in our body. When our bodies are healthy, our skin will look its best. Furthermore, life is always more meaningful when we are living for ideas and goals that inspired us in some significant way.
