At this time of the year I reflect on my life and always feel a sense of gratefulness and appreciation for life, for many opportunities and great experiences, and for my family and friends. My most cherished moments in life are those spent in the company of friends and loved ones, running through my neighborhood in the pre-dawn darkness, hiking the Big Sur trails, adventuring in far away places, discovering a great book, and in trying to make a positive difference in people's lives.
